Urelia

Scaly skin. Hyperkeratosis

The key ingredient is urea! Urea is naturally present in the skin. It is unique, because depending on its concentration, it can either hydrate or exfoliate to reduce the thickness of scales.

In the Urelia range, it is associated with an amino acid complex to form a protective film on the skin’s surface to limit dehydration and protect your skin from external aggressions.

The range includes two exfoliating moisturizers that treat hyperkeratosis no matter the degree of severity, as well as a cleansing gel for gently exfoliating and cleansing your body and scalp.
Is it right for me?
In normal circumstances, skin cells are renewed every 28 days.

However, for some people, their system gets carried away and produces cells too quickly. These accumulate on the skin’s surface in the form of scales and create inflammation. This is known as hyperkeratosis.

This phenomenon, which can have a significant impact on your quality of life, can be treated on 3 different levels: Gently removing scales, repairing the cutaneous barrier and providing long-lasting hydration to your skin.
Advice from a dermatologist
Have 2 different routines:

• a routine for flare-ups to remove scales

• a routine for maintaining the comfort of your skin

Pay close attention to areas that are subject to rubbing because they are the areas most frequently affected: elbows, outside of forearms, knees, lower back, scalp and nails.
